Get Fully Engaged in Your Life
Therapy for not just feeling better, but for truly living better.
Therapy for not just feeling better, but for truly living better.
Something in life isn’t working. You have a lot of the “right” boxes checked, but it doesn’t feel that way.
Instead of enjoying life you spend a lot of time in your head analyzing what isn’t working.
Reminding you of all the things that could be better
All the ways you could be better
Asking “what’s the point?”
Thinking you should be doing something more productive
Or sometimes reminding you of that embarrassing thing you did years ago.
Going through the motions day to day has started to feel a bit meaningless.
Maybe you’ve been fighting with your partner.
Or your anger keeps getting the best of you.
The more time you spend in your head the harder it is to focus on the things you want or need to. Something has to change; how much smaller does your life get if it doesn’t?
You have things that are supposed to make you feel better. Maybe you’ve been reading a bunch of self help books and blogs. Perhaps you’ve even tried therapy before. Usually you’re great at solving problems, but nothing seems to be working here.
For more than a decade I have been helping men in New York and Colorado get unstuck and start living more purposeful, fulfilling lives. It’s hard to feel stuck when all the things that are supposed to work don’t (or when it’s hard to even find the motivation to do or try those things).
I can’t say I have THE answer, or that I have it all figured out. What I do have a is a unique skill set to help you find a different way when nothing else has seemed to work.
Therapy is often hard work, but if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone I have confidence that we can get you past feeling better for a moment and into really living better long term.
We can work together to identify the patterns that hold you back and develop an actionable, sustainable plan to confidently move past them.
Learn to get out of your head and avoid falling into the trap of overthinking and oveanalyzing.
Find ways to feel content, get back to things that you love, and actually enjoy life.
Learn to rise above stress and prevent it from clouding your life and overshadowing your work.
